Day 1: Arrival in Stockholm I landed in Stockholm on the 9th of Dec 2024, Sweden’s vibrant capital, known for its seamless blend of modernity and history. After settling into a cozy boutique hotel in Gamla Stan (Old Town), I strolled through its cobblestone streets, marveling at colorful 17th-century buildings and charming shops. Dinner at a local restaurant introduced me to my first taste of Swedish meatballs with lingonberry sauce—delicious! Day 2-3: Archipelago Adventure With over 30,000 islands, the Stockholm Archipelago is a paradise for nature lovers. I hopped on a ferry to Vaxholm, known as the gateway to the archipelago.
